Everything I'm reading, has these soy faggots jizzing, but I'm cringing. Neil Druckmann said he fully believes this show will end the game adaptation curse. No violence, a girl with down syndrome, a Mexican as Joel. The kike show runner keeps saying what he believes fans want and making pompous statements like games in death have less impact cause they're pixels, or that people don't actually want characters to look exactly like the source material they want "fidelity" whatever that means.As someone who loved the first game, the fans, Cuckmann, and now this show has retroactively turned me into a hater of all things Last of Us.

I think death in video games tends to have less impact because there's often so much of it in any given game. If you're killing 1,000 people in a game and then a main character dies you'll most likely care less than if only a few handful of people had died before that.That and writing.

I liked KotOR2, just not as much as KotOR. And I like to think that if Lucas had done Eps. 7-9, he would have done a much better transition to "the next generation" than Disney did. KotOR felt more 'true' to the George Lucas universe, as in it glossed over a lot of the issues of jedi philosophy and had a pretty basic plot with Saturday morning cartoon villains.KotOR 2 managed to question the distinction between sith and jedi in an interesting way and the story had some good twists and turns.KotOR had some good characters, but the plot really shat the bed after you finish the jedi academy introduction. It was pretty good, its the story about a father who lost his daughter finding a new daughter and doing what it takes to keep this newly made family together in an apocalyptic setting. Joel was a very VERY smart survivor that took a long time for him to drop his guard enough to be friendly with Ellie. She basically wanted to use the player as a catalyst to destroy force because she had come to the conclusion that neither sith nor jedi were correct and that the force was nothing but a blight on the universe.I liked her as a villain/mentor because she made a lot of good points, but I also found her to be a bit unhinged and too emotionally attached making her commit leaps of logic. She had a lot of depth to her as a character, as did many other companions in the game.

Yeah I wanted to use the mech mode for the power armor. Lol and Maya showed me a live dismemberment mod where she cut the tail and arm off a death claw before killing it. But yeah New Vegas was so good. Wish we could get a True Blue New Vegas 2.

Nah fo4 was bad fr. They really need to just give it back to obsidian or contract them to make the game under their Bethesda umbrella.

@LTJG_Pliskin @Goalkeeper @matty Well should have. Now its too late. Dont get me wrong probably better than Bugthesda anyway but the old Onsidian guard left after New Vegas. Just look at a game if you played it, probably forgot it exists, Outer Worlds. Not to compare the two games they are vastly different. But say they were made by the same team? Either thats a lie or they all suffered strokes because the quality is fucking vaaaastly worse.

@Soup @LTJG_Pliskin Nah, you can genocide entire galaxies of people in games and still care if a character that you like dies. But that's the thing, you actually have to care about the character for it to matter. NPCs and extras in movies and TV shows are literally designed to not be cared about.
