       i bought a 1.25lb lobster to make for dinner tomorrow. any tips? should i steam that guy or boil him? do i need to dispatch him before i cook him or just chuck him right into the depths of hell without feeling guilty...

       @Arkaytroll Get the biggest pot you have half-full of salty boiling water,  wait for the high rolling boil, then toss it in head down.  There will be a little fight to get it in.Put the lid back on and wait about 12-15 minutes.Feel free to throw some lemon juice or herbs into the water when its warming up
