       I went with the Pro 500. Had to migrate my coffee setup to the other side of the kitchen because the countertop on that side is actually flat.

       @hugo I haven't actually pulled a proper shot yet, but it seems really nice. The grind is so bloody consistent that I don't think I will need to use a distributor or anything like that anymore.
