Pretty much anything that's AU, is stand alone so you don't need to watch tons of series. Like Gundam 00, Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans, G Gundam, Gundam Wing, etc.UC stuff with Zakus and zeon? Yeah that'll require a lot of binging various series and movies.
