       GUYS!! I just got the latest @pixelfed update from @dansup and it is so freaking perfect I could cry!! 😭😭The old pixelfed app was good, but it had a lot of rough edges like the discover page was a bit unwieldy to navigate and you couldn’t double tap photos to like. ALL FIXED!! Better yet, none of that toxic instagram retention crap, but all of the goodness.@dansup  Thank you so much dude! Love this app

       @rootfs saw my first mention of Pixelfed in the wild yesterday in Ars Technica comments and somebody mentioned the app development as evidence that ActivityPub has legs beyond what the press keep referring to as Mastodon (and only Mastodon) @pixelfed @dansup
