       @Linux_in_a_BitI love Wayland, I use Sway and have done for quite some time. I've not had any major issues and everything works for the things I do.

       @Linux_in_a_Bit I am not against being an early adopter but in the case of x11 vs Wayland it boils down to I have found zero reasons as an end user to switch to Wayland for my use cases yet. I will when that changes.

       @Linux_in_a_Bit Damn, systemd is already 12 years old, maybe I have to start using it now... 😀 As for Wayland, lot of games would be using X11 anyway. But maybe some day.

       @Linux_in_a_Bit I logged in with Wayland. The desktop environment crashed.I logged in with x11The desktop environment didn't crash.I haven't tried again.

       @Linux_in_a_BitI'm on Gentoo btw and I try Wayland again with each new release of KDE.Just a few months ago I was able to get to a desktop. There's still problems with the taskbar and notifications.I don't like X11's security model, and so I'm nervously waiting for Wayland support.
