       I want to take a moment to brag on the #Jewish Mastodon community (aka, #Mazeldon )I've had the chance to participate in several discussions on very touchy topics over the last couple of weeks (including about issues related to #Israel/#Palestine) and I've been very pleasantly surprised by the quality and civility of conversation, even when those having the discussion have very different perspectives. It's not perfect, but compared to #Birdsite or FB, this is a breath of fresh air.
