They fucked that up 😂 Basically they added the VPS to my account, but didn’t grant me access to the control panel (to, y’know, manage it).Once granted access, I found that both their template install procedures and manual install procedures seem broken 😂

@ademan No VPS provider should take longer than a few hours to provision a VM. Even if they're using Proxmox, it should be trivial for them to login and spin up a new VM.Initiate a chargeback. They are fraudsters and they deserve to be punished.
