@jonn_blanchard I mean look at them. The one without the S letter looks very much alike your Phillips. Mine was the one with the letter S, but visually similar. I would love to get my hands on one again.

@darth I tried a few times to buy an A1200 but they sell for far too much here, but I do have an A500 which is the only model of Amiga I owned as a kid anyway

@jonn_blanchard that is my problem. I’ve had A500+ as a kid and I wanted A1200 upgrade because it could run all games and it had a hdd controller that would save me from swapping floppies 💾 all the time :ablobcatheart: so I need to get that wish fulfilled at some point. You know how it is.

@OtherRetroMatt @jonn_blanchard first time I hear of this. Teach me please, what is this. I have read about it and it feels like mist of the work is emulated while only Amiga plastic case remains? Or did I misunderstand? I see it replaces the main CPU and then emulates whatever.

@darth @jonn_blanchard it fits in the expansion slot and bypasses the CPU, adds SD card HD support and HDMI output but uses the rest of the Amiga as normal.Note that there can apparently be some compatibility issues but I only play a small handful of games and haven't had an issue. It's pretty amazing - the biggest issue at the moment is getting the rPi
