The military generally does a fair job of crippling or killing such men. Sorry if this is rude to your friend. Not everyone deserves to pass his genes along. Those are the ones the recruiters prey upon, and they're the easiest people for us to turn. All the media reports of crap behavior in the military, and all the horror stories of men getting fucked over that are now on the internet, make it easy for us to get real niggaz and serious white men with potential to just say no to enlistment.
