That being said, it happens all the time. And I have never seen any court do anything about it. If a situation like this happens where someone is actively dodging service the local cops or sheriffs will assist if you ask. Which, if Vickers is reading this, do the sensible thing and INFORM YOUR PROCESS SERVER TO SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM THE LOCAL COPS OR SHERIFFS. Tell the cops if he's going to have armed security and that he has a violent criminal background and they'll usually be happy to help.

Seen, known, and being dealt with.It's really a non-issue now that I knew where the Mexico hidey-hole is. It's still possible to serve people living in foreign lands. And all I have to do it make a few reasonable attempts. Ralph has already shown to my hearing. The hearing was NOT dismissed. Constructive or Substituted service is still possible the more Ralph makes it clear that he's intentionally avoiding service.It doesn't make a WHOLE lot of difference at this point. The real "killer" is Faith's contempt filing, and he has an attorney in our area for that matter. In that case, Faith HAS to serve the attorney, not Ralph. That's already been done.
