@erin shot in the dark, we've had some weird database issues in the past so i wouldnt rule that out from possibly being involved? but beyond occasional posts federating weirdly or some issues where someone had to unfollow/refollow somebody else to make them show up on the TL properly, but this is a mystery to me looool
