       My sort of "Positive Eugenics" would include encouraging healthy young people to get married, outlawing new interracial marriage (any concurrent ones would have to be tolerated as to break up a marriage is a sin), and subsidizing large families. For the racial minorities and mixed race individuals, they will have to be separated from the population and only allowed to marry and reproduce among their own.
