       @serpenillus People moniker Coelophysis as Triassic roadrunners, but they weren't so cursorial, and they were far, far larger than the usual ground bird analogs - ground cuckoo's, seriemas, secretary birds, dikkops. Size wise, and in their combination of gracility and ambush predation, and ability to overpower only small prey, they oddly resemble the thylacine
