       @m0th human therapists are prone to emotions and biases. I also feel no anxiety when asking chatGPT about exactly what’s on my mind. It’s also available 24/7 and never gets tired of talking about the same thing :blobcatcomfthink: Not sure why I would bother seeing a therapist at this point when they wont even make it easy to tell what insurance they accept

       @karolat Good therapy is much more the process and setting than the person; a group of friends talking is a more real therapy than the glorified-psychiatrist-secretaries.

       @m0th 100% agree. But without a group of friends I trust that chat with, chatgpt is much better than the therapist now I think. Even when the advice is shit, it ends up being being as therapeutic as journaling, while simultaneously much more engaging

       @rizele I guess even now in these early stages you are either on the side of using chatgpt to generate filler text, or stuck reading it.  I fear for how much time humans will waste in the coming years even just reading AI generated drivel. They were right to ban computers in Dune :blobpensive:
