       @w7voa this year my city council voted unanimously to end homelessness, and directed City Hall to include it in the budget. The City Manager didn't, so 2 Councillors sued for it to be included in budget. Judge tossed case last week. Council then voted against any additional money toward #HousingFirst.Canada's federal government pledged to end child poverty, 2 decades ago. Also failed.We need #UBI.

       @w7voa How do you have a "plan" to combat homelessness, when the plan doesn't have any way to address how much the immigration issue is impacting homelessness? This is another government feel good farce, the plan says right in it, they are going  to "assist" the HOMELESS, not address the causes of homelessness. They are going to ENABLE being homeless.This is a plan to increase homelessness, titled the exact opposite of what it's going to do.
