       @vikingkong @2T2 I've complained about this same thing in different contexts since like 1995, and I know others have before me.  New technology is great right up until the normies start using it.  BBSes, Usenet, Web Forums, mainstream social media, and now Mastodon.  At least being a decentralized system we can protect ourselves a little, but the odds of unpleasant people washing up on shore are higher how.
