Mainstream journalists are uniquely abysmal at spelling and basic levels of reading comprehension usually found in abundance in your average third grader (the account being referenced was "join mastodon", John mastodon has never and will never exist). Additionally, they seem to make up for this brain damage level of incomprehensibility by outright lying when a simple Google search would dispell any confusion they had. this issue is so pronounced and so awful that it essentially makes the ZOGs propaganda increasingly unreadable, and it would not surprise me in the least if correcting a journalists horrifying lack of understanding of the English language might get you a knock on the door in the future.

@Shadowman311 When you aren’t obligated to actually be correct or write the truth you get to take a lot of liberties with many things including the choice to simply be liberate. It’s pretty rude you know to correct them, what if they’re neurodivergent (retarded) or gay (faggot) or trans (suicidal)? You don’t know their lives experience it could be that that’s actually the truth for them. We don’t know how deluded they are and it’s not our place to correct them (execute (except it is our place 😈))
