This is the weekend I end my 46 year radio career. After 19 years as the Tech Guy, the last Saturday show is today. Tomorrow is the very last show of all. I'm not leaving the mic, however. I'm still doing six podcasts a week, including the new Ask the Tech Guys which debuts January 7, 2023. Thanks radio, it's been a blast. You will be forever in my heart.

@leo Love all of the shows from TWIT and always been a big fan -- your shows essentially introduced me to the world of podcasts via Sticher back in 2010 when I got my first IT job out of college.Thanks for all that you've done.

@leo I found you on radio, Leo! Thank you for helping my dad out (twice) - and for telling him the [fond] nickname for that blue screen that Windows presented to him and wouldn't let him do anything (BSOD)! He uses that term now for when his TV futzes or iPad locks and he can't get it unlocked.We just let him do it w/o correcting him. After all, Leo told him that it was called the Blue Screen of Death when the laptop locked up - so he applies that to everything. š

@leo It's kinda crazy to think how much has changed over those many years.I have so many memories of driving around on a Sunday listening to you recap tech news. Or on LONG drives up the coast when I lived in Seattle.That was back when the Fairplex in Pomona still had a monthly computer fair.

@leo long live TWiT!As we get further away from the utility of AM radio, the shows for which I remember to check-in will keep vanishing. Sometimes I put batteries in my desk radio and tune in, knowing one day that programming won't be there anymore. It's nice to know a show is still there, even if I don't regularly check on it. But usually I just stare at the radio without turning it on.This is how Orpheus felt leading Eurydice out of Hell: one look back and the jig is up.

@leo I worked at an AM/FM/TV station in the '70's as a control room operator while in high school, and then as a technician during the summers I was in university. It was one of the best jobs I've ever had. I have countless stories about the creative and crazy people who worked there. I loved WKRP in Cincinnati as it was so similar to what I experienced.

@leo I moved to the US in the late 90s and almost immediately discovered you and #katebotello presenting The Screensavers on #ZDTV. Iāve enjoyed watching/listening to your shows ever since. You were an inspiration in my time as a Public Radio broadcaster in CO. After moving back to the UK I found #iOSToday with you and @mikahsargent and still watch you guys via YouTube.
