       @strypey this was an issue recently in Cardiff as well; I think legislation has been changed to protect existing venues

       @strypey There's going to be a lot of cars driving slowly past at 2am blasting out classics very loudly - Beastie Boys, any heavy metal, etc.

       @strypey it's going to become an issue down St Asaph St too. 11 apartments being built next to Space Academy, the Darkroom and 12Bar all of whom play music late and they're in an industrial area. CCC need to up their planning / zoning game.
