@john yes, and... if there are no toots yet, what makes you worth following? I go and look at profiles of people following me and if I don't see original toots (or only retoots), why bother?

@carcosan I'm sympathetic, no one really likes writing their bio, and people want to explore, but it's a mistake! The first people you follow are the ones most likely to follow you back.. if they knew anything about you!
