       @EubieDrew Correct, in fact we designed provisions explicitly to ensure that is the case… this is why we strictly state that members outside of the UFoI will not be treated with any negative reprocusions for not joining. It is structured only so there are positive advantages to joining, namely, garunteed federation for good actors.
