Also the people I know who are trans and fed up with the community or who aren't trying to groom new recruits will tell you; HRT is not a miracle drug. You will not take it and look like a woman. All the ones who get closer to passing had lots of surgery and have to do makeup to appear as such, and HRT won't fix your body if you're built like a linebacker and tall and all, same goes with your arms/hands. You can do everything and it won't change bone structure

Which is why so many people wind up regretting it. A lot of people don't think it through, or they are not informed of the risks and only told things that aren't even true about it. Hence people trying to sue their providers for not being told "oh this drug makes you sterile and does this and that". I know one gay dude who decided he wasn't trans after a week or few on HRT, both with the side effects being downright nasty and killing his boners and all. Another article talked about how the minute some dude decided he didn't want to be trans or on HRT, his provider ghosted him. He was also provided few side effects as well, which is a real problem as "informed consent" clinics are as bad as pill mills and psychs who give SSRIs out to anyone who walks in.
