       So, I splurged a couple of months ago and bought a fancy planter out front. It must weigh 300 lbs.Nothing will blow it away.Put about 4 inches of gravel in the bottom, then Miracle Grow dirt for citrus & palm trees.

       Then a month ago I was in Lowes and saw these gorgeous little lime trees in hangin baskets, bought one and planted it.

       @EngOnDemand Lime trees are great but they grow thorns on them. In the spot you have by the garage it could eventually scratch your car when pulling out of the garage.
