@Debradelai @Good4TheGANDER One thing I researched was whether or not Khashoggi (WaPo) was an American citizen.He was not. He was an American Resident and Saudi citizen, and 'rumors' that he was applying for US citizenship mean zip.Secondly, could that have made a difference if he was? As a matter of foreign policy it could have (we drone and kill and go to war over actions against US citizens abroad), but could that confer jurisdiction to a US court? Not anywhere that I could find.
