       @Rasp Correct! It has to be there in the company email database.  If they want to hide the command, they want to be able to blame the next one down that can't prove they said it. That is you.

       @lesf if they're even that clever often they're dumb enough to actually send the email then when heads roll you'll have the evidence for a wrongful termination suit if they try to pull the trigger on you.

       @Rasp Bonus points if they signed the email message with their private PGP key so that it’s cryptographically impossible for them to deny in court. Speaking of, I may actually sign my emails and other important textual messages for work with my PGP key for non-repudiation just to cover my own butt.
