       @lina you used low quality beans or they were badly roasted or it was preground or it became stale in some other way or you used the wrong amount or you did it at the wrong temperature or for the wrong amount of time or you let it sit on a hot plate or any combination of the above

       @lina or you ground it to the wrong size or you packed the portafilter wrong and got too little pressure or you ran too much water through it or you got too much pressure and the machine exploded (easy to tell if you have burns on your face) or you didn't clean something and there's bad residue or you cleaned it wrong and there's dish soap in it. the possibilities are endless, really

       @lina @shart tea's better in general.Although my gay ass very expensive tea has some quirks, different kinds of tea require different water temperatures, or else you'll burn the leaves and it turns bitter.
