@mcread there are no people detained at federal level for simple possession. That's why our idiot in chief scored points a bit back by "releasing" federal prisoners convicted of only simple posession...and everyone cheered, no One was released. States love to hem people up on bs charges, but it's somewhat unusual to have only a posession charge and state time
