Oh joyI've had my very first speeding ticket! 37 mph in 30 limit. #LeSigh I'm angrier at myself; I know the goddam van that got me.

@dick_turpin I've only had one speeding ticket too - it was on a familiar road too, no excuse.I was busy explaining how planetary systems work to my two year old in the back, and accelerated too early going out of my village. I looked at the cop with the speed gun in horror and he just looked back at me and nodded slowly. I nearly had to pull over I was laughing so hard

@tig Na, Avon Rd. The bastards hide in the housing estate that runs alongside it. I say "Hide" but I know they are there! God knows how it happened. It was 12:15 my lunch hour I was on my way to the supermarket.
