@SpurgAnon @coolboymew I have had BBQ from many places in the US. It's like there's this point, somewhere in the deep south, where the BBQ-energy comes from, and as you get further away from it you get worse and worse BBQ.I went to a BBQ joint in New York, once. I was so visibly disappointed that the waitress was shocked. I was trying to be kind, but the look on my face apparently made the words coming out of my mouth impossible to believe.

@coolboymew I spent 11 months in Manhattan and Brooklyn in 2021 and 2022. I did not see this kind of pricing at all, nor this sparse of a meal. A meal was generally USD$20-$35.
