I just started watching #Andor, and... I am in love with every shot, every piece of music, the mood it sets, the atmosphere, and the vast majority of the acting and dialogue. I didn't have high expectations but I haven't enjoyed ANY piece of #StarWars entertainment this much since KOTOR, honestly. I'm only on episode 2 though, but I'm loving this show so far.

Normally with these high-budget shows, they dazzle you in the first 2 or 3 episodes (I suspect for review buzz) and then it's a slow trudge through most or all the middle episodes. @killyourfm By far the most intelligent and grown-up Star Wars. Wait for eps 7 to 9, those are amazing. This first season really shows the making of a reluctant Rebel operative. My fav character however is Luthen Rael. Love Stellan Skarsgard in this!

This needs to be said: The Time Grappler (aka the bell guy) on #Andor is living rent-free inside my head. This is absolutely exceptional world-building. And he's honestly one of my favorite characters. I KNOW, it's a brief but memorable performance. It just adds all kinds of life and character to Ferrix.What a show.

I just watched episode 10 of #Andor. This isn't just one of the best pieces of #StarWars entertainment ever put on a screen, it's one of the best TV shows in recent memory. It's up there with Severance. And my god, the performances that Andy Serkis and Stellan Skarsgard turned in!? Absolutely riveting. "I dream with ghosts."

@killyourfm I think the "this is for kids" feel of #Rebels is gone around the end of season 1. I think it stays accessible for a younger audiences, but deals with more complex themes and bigger stakes. And, like #Andor, there are some big payoffs for sticking with it to the end.

Some prefer The Clone Wars, or The Bad Batch, but Rebels just knocks it out of the park for me. Would love to see a live-action feature film made out of some of the story lines. Enjoy!

@jtc Ha! No machete order for this one, huh? That's OK, I'm finding a bit to enjoy about Season 1 so far. It definitely tries to CATER to kids rather than just being kid-friendly, which was why I put out that call for feedback. Really happy to see everyone saying that it gets good after season 1.

@jtc You know, I had almost lost interest in Star Wars until Andor came along. And now it seems Rebels has a lot to appreciate, too. I'm looking forward to ANYTHING that's remotely connected to this slice of the universe and has the writing chops of Andor.

@killyourfm Season 3 is probably my all-time favorite piece of Star Wars. It pulls in from canon, legends, the movies, just a frickin triumph without succumbing to nostalgia, but rather stay laser focused on the characters. Keep going this gets better and better (until it ultimately breaks your heart in s4). If somebody asked me to choose one SW content from the 2014 to 2019 period, it would be Rebels.
