@dommymommy Lately I've been fond of 72 because it's a comfortable temperature in Fahrenheit, its prime factors are two 3s and three 2s, and when transposed it makes 27 whose prime factorization is three 3s. 3 is a really beautiful number and feels likes a spiritual "anchor" of sorts, when I was a kid I had all sorts of superstitions about 7, and i love 12 simply for how elegant it would be as the base of a number system when compared with 10. Alternatively there's base 60 used by the Babylonians which is even more composite than 12 and is 12 less than 72, but is unfortunately 12 ⋅ 5 and 5 is kind of a bland number though not as bland as 4 which serves as a loosey-goosey "counter" to the stability of 3 — SUCK IT Gene Ray
