       This would be a great post if Emily knew how restaurants work.  They use a linen company and all the cash goes to paying the illegals in the kitchen.

       @preciouspeach @Hempressemilym no actually. I worked in a restaurant and they tried to tax our tipout twice. Once from us and once for all the illegals in BoH.Also, yeah, all the linens were gathered in the back and then sent off to the linen company and they cleaned them and bundled them up and then the servers would roll silverware during the shift and before we could leave.
