Keto cam be useful in certain medical cases. When my husband was first diagnosed with diabetes we were kind of shocked cause he isn't overweight. But his A1C was 13.6. We needed a way to help massively cut carbs while still letting him keep the same weight. And the high protein plus high fat of keto did that. He is on a regular diet now, but keto helped his A1C drop from that 13.6 to 7 something in the first six months.

32, if you are working 80 hours you are going to want atleast a full 8. You also need to eat and even if you only have 1 hour a day for all three meals, thats now 25 hours. Commute and getting ready for work are likely taking up some time too, and people also have social lives and families (most people working absurd hours have children they are supporting in my experience)

Sure, but when you have exhausting days you tend to sleep longer. Also I'm not saying people shouldn't exercise but sometimes you have to make a value judgement between working out and mental health/social life/rest. If you aren't already obese it can be hard to justify an hour+ a day working out when you are busy.

No, it isn't. Take it from someone who has done both, 9 hours of sitting on your ass for an extra 25% and hour feels so much better than 7 hours of manual labor. You can take the extra time you spend not having to work and exercise or whatever physical activity you actually enjoy. The only reason I'm not doing so right now is I am in a very busy period of my life that would be absolute hell if I was working physical labor.Some people might feel differently, and that's alright for them. But for me I know what I enjoy and what I don't.

I'm also underestimating how much money a skilled office worker can make too then. A welder isn't going to make nearly as much as any skilled tech job of the same skill level and experience.
