       @stux Reminder: Washy looks just like wonderful Nimbus who we had decades ago. She was left at the door of the mental health center where I worked, tiny,  dirty, and bedraggled. She actually  cooperated when we bathed her and when she dried she was, dare I say, gorgeous. One of the worst parts of being 78 now that my two Westie dogs are gone is that I can't get a cat, even an older rescue,  because I don't have a new home for them since I'd likely die first.

       @stux I hope it smells good! We had one that color/texture that had a sort of fishy smell. I thought it would wear off.air out, but two years later, it is relegated to outdoors (where it is gradually disintegrating).
