For you an opposite of "hero" would probably be something like a "lazy person" or an "ordinary person" (or a worse word), for me opposite of a "hero" would be a "villain"like (sorry I can't refrain from these three examples) take Napoleon, Hitler and Putin (before 2022, I would say Putin is decidedly _not_ like these other two) - they (and their nations or countries) would benefit from being just adequate and not more. The first two had a chance to unite (some parts of) Europe, but it would probably be better for them to not go East past a certain point. The third one should probably not have attacked Ukraine because it has more land that he can take and/or hold. I think these three conquerors never became ordinary, but, they eventually started doing things that are bad for their countries. They've overestimated their strength.I want leaders to be calm, sane, and only adequate. Not extraordinary. Not wanting to argue but I just wanted to get this off my chest.
