@EU_Commission @EC_Commissioner_Breton I think the conclusion that can be drawn from their new moderation and public statements, even more obvious than before, is that Twitter should be written off as having any continued value as a social media platform.Democratic institutions would do well to stop expecting people to tune into that megaphone of abuse for official updates. Official Mastodon instances or even RSS is a more conscionable chocie.

"Increasing moderation," inability/difficulty to access non-mainstream information sites, blocking Russian sites... where is the freedom of information?
