Creme Brulee Pie:2 Cups Milk1/2 Cup Flour1/2 to 3/4 Cups Sugar1 Tsp. Vanilla4 Eggs1 to 2 Tbls. Turbinado Sugar1. Preheat oven to 350f2. Butter pie dish3. Add all ingredients except Turbinado sugar to blender and mix well4. Pour mixture into prepared pie dish5. Sprinkle Turbinado sugar on top evenly but do not have a solid layer of sugar on top, you will need to experiment with the right amount so it bakes into a crispy sugar layer6. Bake 40min or until you can make a clean cut with a knife7. Pie will puff up then fall during baking8. Cool 3-4 hours before servingNote:I have experimented with ever larger number of yolks, duck eggs, just duck yolks, it has been a while so I don't recall the sweet spot but I think 8 duck yolks made a thick paste. I have also tried using part creme instead of all milk. If you come of with a good ratio please share.I made this the other day with 4 chicken eggs(smaller) and 2 chicken yolks(smaller) and it was good.@servant @atyh
