       @leo Catching up with TWiT. I can full backup the 'remote work' section of the show. I've been a team lead for almost 15 years (team of developers). I've always been a vocal advocate for flexible remote work. Now a days the problem is the 'forced remote work'. We (the worker) work best whenever we work where we are most comfortable. Sometimes it's at home, sometimes it's at work or sometimes at the beach. I hate full time work from home just as much as full time work from office.

       @johnebs That's what we've ended up doing at TWiT. I never stayed home and I'm happy with that.

       @leo That's the best. My employer, while officially on a 4-10 schedule (4 day weeks), it's really a 'just do the work' schedule. I can work whatever combination of hours as long as the work get done.
