@stux He's not interested in the people in any sense other than how they can stroke his ego. The assumption that he is in any way trying to do a "right thing" is dangerous. He's just a spoilt rich person playing with a new shiny toy.

@stux The thing with his free speech thing though - He wants to bring back everyone previously suspended. BUT he won't bring back Alex Jones, because he personally disagrees with him.So Elon's free speech for everyone, only applies if someone doesn't say something that Elon personally finds offensive.So it's not real free speech.

@stux A lot of people do….to be fair. He’s just one more….with a heck of a lot of pull. So many issues come down to that simple fact. Issues are ultimately about people, in the long run. 👍

@stux It’s worse than that. His “free speech” junta is both a flimsy excuse and legal nonsense. The second amendment only applies to the government regulating political or religious speech. A private platform has the right to regulate its own use. Twitter just had a policy he didn’t like. So now Elongated Muskrat has obviously chosen to go from having any kind of reasonable position to supporting hate speech.
