@signalapp It be really cool if you'd also issue an advisory about 3rd party keyboards breaking the security model. I know it's in your knowledge base article about Incognito keyboards, but it's rather hidden away. Oh, and by the way, it would be even more awesome if you'd give due credit for the report of the exploit to Naomi Wu, you know, the maker you've been ghosting for years over this topic.

@signalapp I'm still hoping that you'll reverse your decision to stop supporting SMS/MMS in the Signal app on Android. That is going to make it very difficult for me to convince other users to shift to Signal. I understand your concerns around confusion and usability, but the decision to remove SMS/MMS support also has a negative usability impact.You can build the best communications app in the world, but how useful is it if the adoption is limited to a handful of dedicated individuals?

@signalapp i donate from your website but i dont get a badge can you implement that.paying through your app google will keep a cut of that donation so i am already paying them a lot with my data so i want my cash to do to a privacy respecting service but getting a badge will help me mentally just give me a random code that i can redeem on signal app and get the badge. thanks

@signalapp we are currently testing usernames on the staging server. It seems your approach implementing this is adding more metadada that could be obtained by a court order. The current implementation is a column in the accounts table of the server, along with the phone number.
