Serious question for everyone. How is Baked Alaska able to go along with any of this? Regardless of how you feel about him (I think he's a fucking joke and an idiot personally), this is a guy who literally stormed the Capitol and put his personal freedoms on the line for Donald Trump. He is now going to be put in jail for fighting for Donald Trump. Now the guy he's pinned his entire identity to is using the movement they built to destroy Donald Trump. There is no way Baked isn't seething hard right now.

The question, to me, assumes what I believe is a false narrative (no insult meant to you, of course). Saying that Baked stormed the capital fighting for Trump to me is akin to saying that Baked maced a bouncer fighting for Trump. Baked Alaska wants attention...and it is only to that attention where his allegiance lies. His participation in Jan 6 was never about making any statement more than "hey everyone! LOOK AT ME!!"

Oh I completely agree with you. Baked is a total fraud. The problem though is he bought so much bad personal and political debt on behalf of Trump and Fuentes who sold him on it only to be now completely made to look like an ass.

AF isn't about Trump, its about Trumpism. They initially did cult of personality worship of Trump, similar to Q-boomers, then in 2018-2019 Nick started moving more and more away from Trump worship as a personality to worshiping the concept of what Trump could have been. Trump is a placeholder for them (a bad one becoz they're morons) he doesn't actually represent good leadership, so Nick constantly goes back and forth between worship Trump as a person vs worship Trump as an idea for two reasons:1) Keep the grift alive for MAGA boomers who are sympathetic to him2) Have plausible deniability for when people call him a trump sycophant vs a trump denialist (his dumbass audience accuses him of not being pro trump enough, but other parts of audience call him a trump shill).

@Pit_Viper_Salesman Baked Alaska is hard to pin down, I can't tell if Baked is just a grifter without principles or merely an idiot. Does he change his mind so often because he doesn't really believe any of it or does he do it because he's too stupid to have lasting convictions? We will probably never know.
