       Has anyone tried HidrateSpark?  Giving it a try. Usually use SodaStream. Know I don’t drink enough water.

       @jenb4s @alexlindsay loves his. I bought it on his recommendation but seldom use it. I find if I drink when I'm thirsty that's plenty.        @leo @jenb4s chronic dehydration is a thing and drinking water does not always fix itmy friend @SlicerDicer goes in for IV fluids like once a month -- more frequently when he's doing a lot of work outside in the heat.The claim that 75% of Americans are suffering from this is unbelievable, though.
