       Hi, @leo! I've got something on my mind. We need a TWiTCon. Have the 1st year $300-$1000 depending on package to feel out ideal charges and events. Have SWAG, meal upgrades, workshops, keynote speakers, banquet with our favorite geeks in the VIP package, package varieties, etc.Even a vendor marketplace would work.Maybe not year 1, but after refining the offerings in year 2 you'd likely meet your yearly budget.Your marketing would need to reach all your all-time fans, tho.Let's do this!

       @pammystarr We've toyed with the idea many times over the years but it's a huge and expensive effort and not in our wheel house. In truth, I'm just afraid no one would show up.
