For those who don't see links:- Make sure the app you use supports it, some don't (yet)- Make sure the language is supported (https://www.argosopentech.com/argospm/index/)- Make sure it's not your own post (it won't translate those as it supposes you know what you typed)

@ruud also note that if people don’t mark the language they are posting in correctly, translation may not be offered. If you mark your post English (often default) and post in Dutch (for example) then English readers won’t get offered translation. There is no language detection as far as I know.
