It rearmed to defend itself because even the Weimar government knew that was necessary. Though I'm no fan of the war. In general national socialists are fans of the peacetime reforms made in Germany. It's those radical reforms that we want here in one form or another. Once the war began I don't blame them for anything. The enemies facing Germany were more willing to kill anyone to get their aims done and showed it. Had the allies lost history would record them as the world's worst war criminals. There were no gas chambers. There were no shrunken heads. People died like they do in all wars. Wars like the "less extreme" democracies have prosecuted time and time again post WW2. Had they succeeded the Germans peace would be far less bloody and gay than America's. National socialism will become more popular across white countries as the troubles we face increase. Its use in other contexts is strictly metaphorical, but regardless of that it specifically and directly, in the quoted text, refers to people and can only reasonably be interpreted as to kill them.Ausrotten has an etymology to do with uprooting, but in the context is better translated to "wipe out" or "annihilate" as if uprooting weeds.There's no linguistic cover for the Posen speech, here.
