@RMIV @ForbiddenDreamer So, when you deep fry a turkey, you drop 20 or so lbs in a vat of boiling oil.Obviously there's a large amount of splash, so you want to be as far from it as you can.

@Nou @WeissenSocken88 @RMIV Just don't use seed oils, simple as. I prefer to do all my cooking with mineral oil tbh, that's how I get all of my essential minerals in my diet.

@ForbiddenDreamer @WeissenSocken88 @RMIV Life hack:You don't even need to buy any extra motor oil for your turkey.Next time you do an oil change, just save the old oil (instead of pouring it down the sink like you're supposed to) and you'll have a few free quarts to cook the bird.
