@stux according to some reddit folks these are parts of a temporary isolation layer (and/or ice particles) required only shortly before launch. nothing to worry about. (grain of salt etc.)

@stux That is actually ice. Due to the oxygen and fuel being super-cooled to keep it super compressed moisture from the air on the outside of the ship freezes before launch. So the vibrations of the craft cause it to fall off.Sorry for the long response I'm just I nerd.
