@Jim The hollandaise makes it a lot different as a food. You should think of it as tasting a lot more like an eggs benedict rather than a standard pizza.

I'm having trouble with this too, logically I'm guessing it is chunks of turkey like when you put chicken on pizza, but all I can think of when I read turkey hollandaise pizza is like bits of turkey lunch meat swimming in oil and mustard. The pumpkin pie looks fantastic, though.

@chudbere @Jim I can imagine the taste well, and depending on exactly *which* cheese is on the pizza I can imagine it being anywhere between "pretty OK" and "disastrous."Mozzarella is definitely not the right cheese for the job here, ngl. Probably a brie of some kind is best.

@Jim @Soup It can be pretty good. There's a place in a city near me that does buffalo chicken pizza with buffalo sauce (instead of normal pizza sauce). They even put potato on it. I love it.

@cyclonebee @Jim I am not from New York, but I lived there for some time. I have eaten pizza which would SHATTER THE FEEBLE MINDS of some of you.Lasagna pizza. Pizza with mustard on it. Pizza with stuffing and turkey. Pizza with 5 different kinds of pork on it. Cheeseless pizza. White Pizza. Butternut Squash pizza. Spaghetti pizza. Wagyu pizza. Breakfast waffle pizza.Some of this was admittedly pretty awful. But some of it was great, and it freed me from the shallow pool of "normal" toppings.

I'd recommend the previously mentioned buffalo chicken pizza. Every place does it different. Some use buffalo sauce instead of pizza sauce, others use regular red sauce and put the buffalo chicken on top. Sometimes they use shredded breast meat, other places have whole breaded tenders.

I've had buffalo chicken pizza where it was baked and shredded under the cheese rather than usual and tasty chunks of fried buffalo tenders on top. It's not good, but I guess it depends on one's taste.
