       @ryo @lina the concept of a phone is itself stupid. i'd like to have a pda that is a thin client for my home messaging and library, preferably with an e-ink screen.

       @ryo it's- an lcd screen- power-hungry(consequence of the lcd, though also of a somewhat perverse processor architecture)- pretty big and heavyso it's not very fit for that kind of purpose

       @ryo it's more power-hungry and big than an ebook could be, you see. eink really does put a lot less stress on the eyes than lcd.

       @probablyat Ah, I see.But yea, you can't really develop software on an ebook, which is what I do while wasting away an hour and a half on trains and I forget to take a manga with me.
